Hi there, I purchased some tickets not too long ago for 155 apiece, no Im being charged almost over $400 in payments to a firm to pay these tickets. I have a screenshot of the tickets I purchased them for the amount, I dont know what mightve happened or what tickets were purchased but, I did not purchase tickets for $400

I saw the event on Gametime listed as Xscape. Tickets. There was no other event name listed. I purchased the tickets believing I was buying tickets to an xscape concert. When the event occurred I learned the event was named something else and was a variety of artists with Xscape being one of them. However the group was not present at the event. And the event was callecd Scam and Jam. I called Gametime and indicated that it was not an xscape concert and they refused to acknowledge they had engaged in false and misleading advertisements and refused to refund my money.

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase tickets for a concert.

Ticket refund

I purchased 4 tickets at $108 apiece finding out the tickets where on the front row of the section which i knew but not aware they were on the front aisle same level as the aisle so people kept on walking by in front us so we could not watch the race without a Constant stream of people walking in front of us! I would like a full refund on our seats? they were the seats for the NASCAR clash February 5, 2023 please contact me on the refund policy please, my next call will be to the credit card company. thank you

Never got my tickets but said I paid. Missed my hockey game I got from my son and I

Literally called the number given and it was an auto parts retailer. Such an unprofessional group Gametime and Paciolin. Cant get in contact with anyone myself. Hopefully I get a call from them after the holiday.

User's recommendation: If they redirect your tickets to a second party just get a refund.

Transaction disupte

Gametime - Transaction disupte
Last Wednesday night I had purchased two tickets for SF Giant's Thursday night game. Transaction was was approved I accepted the tickets they were in my ticket folder in the MLB app. Then 10 min before I got on the train the tickets were gone. After everything was already paid, accepted ect... I had to go back on to Game Time and purchase tickets that weren't as good and three times the price. I don't that is fair by any means. Please let me know what you can do about it. Thanks, Daniel Renal

I ordered Eagles tickets and the seats was already sold through ticket master. I went to customer service and they sat me in the handicap section. When I tried to reach Game Time I had so much trouble trying to contact them.

I don't have my tickets

I purchased a ticket for the Bills VS Miami dolphins on Sept 25 at 1:00pm. When I try to transfer my ticket to ticketmaster it has an error code (forbidden). This is your first time purchasing a ticket through a third party, so I end up getting the ticket start through ticketmaster. So I'm asking for a refund for 360.00 .back on my card ending in 0774.
